I build AI-powered products for people who don't write code. For the past two years at Givaudan, I've been the only software engineer embedded with a team of flavor scientists and consumer researchers — which means I run the whole loop myself: sit with a scientist, understand the problem, design it, build it (Python, Django, FastAPI, React), deploy it (AWS, Docker, CI/CD), and iterate on their feedback. What that loop has produced: a consumer-research platform now used by research teams in 5+ regions; a formulation optimization tool for flavorists; an agentic AI system (LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, MCP) that reasons over internal documentation; and a WebXR application for immersive sensory evaluation. Before that: 4.5 years delivering enterprise software at Accenture. Open to AI Engineer and LLM-application engineering roles, any US location.
