Although I'm not sure what Norway is attempting is actually working - similar to what we see with carbon credits essentially showing no material decrease in greenhouse gas emission growth. 		Nah. Sweden has much better places for bunkers than the forest, many of them pre-built into the mountains or on private property. Given the current turmoil, building a bunker in the Swedish forest would be like building your porch underneath a tree with 50 beehives.
