Disclosure makes sense when the trust it buys is worth more than the sales it costs. Currently the trade-off is completely dogshit. You don't get good reputation by making any art with AI, nor good sales by disclosure.

When/if people start rewarding disclosure it will make sense to do this, otherwise you are asking me to pay for this abstract principle out of my own pocket.
