		They're referring to the idea that a particular Toyota pickup (Hilux) has become oddly popular for any group with the means and motive to bolt a machine gun onto a consumer vehicle. Not from any wrongdoing on Toyota's part, but a combination of it being cheap, reliable, repairable, etc.
