Which wouldn't do Europe a lot of good at this point. EU needs a TSMC and an Anthropic/OpenAI.

Yes definitely, this is why I see the shift with AI as an opportunity to push forward new companies. EU needs to put the focus on hardware where it did have a competitive advantage few years ago (still have on B2B hardware)
