Black Mirror has unwittingly been offering a lot of nice, horrible ideas.

Well I'd like to think Charlie Brooker, like many of us, could clearly say where humanity was heading. Some of the episodes that were considered far fetched 15 years ago are probably considered plausible at best and likely at worst now.

Sometimes good people are able to think like villains and predict their next moves, sometimes villains themselves declare their intentions via proxies.

Too many people seem to have taken it as a todo list instead of a warning...

Seems like many films and books have been taken as inspiration for making "hypothetical futures" true. E.g. Her - take AI as your girlfriend... was creepy then, still is now.
