| 90% * 60% = 54%, which is still way better than the most efficient internal combustion engines. So even in that case an EV is still better. Plus, it gets greener when the grid gets greener. |

| If your power comes from fossils it's already been shipped half way around the world and refined, so that should be included in any efficiency calculation. |

| If you’re going to use the “well to wheels” number for electricity then you should do the same for ICE vehicles. Also, 40% of U.S. power generation is renewable? Impressive! |
