3 months? Try 6. 7-9 rounds of interviews over a 6 month period. It's insane.

People need to stop subjecting themselves to that. Eventually companies would get the message.

		Tell that to the people sending out hundreds of applications before eventually getting hired. Starvation's a very powerful motivator for most people.

		This only works in economies where there are far more well paying jobs then there are people that want to fill them.
