Companies didnt pay to put the ad in the paper every day once the vacancy was filled.

Job postings in the past were made in places with relatively limited space hence higher costs.

The internet has turned the cost of the vast majority of job postings to almost nothing.

Based on that information you tell me how you think the incentives will work?
