Not funny. Smoking restrictions weren't put in place because it's addictive, but because it causes cancer. WHO and others are conflating both to restrict vaping, because it's convenient for them. AFAIK there's no strong evidence vaping causes cancer. Is it addictive? Sure, nicotine is. This headline really crossed a line.

I didn't read the headline as a joke. I did this when I was habitually vaping, I switched to cigarettes to make it inconvenient and unpleasant. People definitely clutched their pearls at me like this though, especially other vapers.

		A cigarette puff is much stronger than vaping, maybe restrictions in nicotine concentration are counterproductive because this way you keep sucking without ever getting the hit. Unpleasant? IDK, it's been a very long time since I quit, but I don't remember it as such, only bad when exercising.
