It's about 30 years ago that I quit smoking but it was a real bugger at the time. Here's what helped me the most; every time you try to quit it gets a bit easier next time. So if you try and fail, try again. Then keep trying after that. So many people try to quit and get disheartened when they're pulled back. Instead just think of it as another step along the path. You are training yourself to tolerate the itch and to do without nicotine. | ||
