How many of non-tech people have even encountered the term CC before? E-mail is a receive-only medium for most of them.

They can still find a different name. Cc is not the only possible name in the names universe.

It took me 10 minutes to figure that out, and I have been in tech for 30 years :) I'm probably just dense but it's not a good sign.
