We have been facing issues with WhatsApp constantly for the past few months. Trying to contact support is futile. You can only get their useless AI to chat with.

So, we discovered that for $50 per month, you can contact human support once. It seems bad considering we already pay them $3k a month, but we needed the help and paid the $50.

After 4 days of them not responding, they sent us a message that they were ready to help. 15 minutes later, which I didn't respond in, they closed the ticket.

They didn't schedule a time when they would reply when I first opened the ticket. I just had to make sure that I can respond to their message instantly in a random 15 minutes interval over 4 days.

Now, to open a new ticket, I have to pay them $150!!!

How is this not a scam?
