Well... until we see the "text" won't know for sure, but my DK sources say that it's the same deal as 1951 but saves his face by updating it to 2026. (will edit if this proves false.)

Edit: changed to 1951 per Politico reporting here [1]. And it does state "It is not clear how this new agreement changes that agreement..."
