Both times Trump won, the polls predicted he would lose.

Legally can't run a third time or be voted for again. But then again, legality hasn't stopped the things he does. Others need to step up.

		They reinterpreted the constitution to say no president can be presidentmore than twice consecutively, even though it doesn't say that. Like how in Russia, the constitution obviously meant to say Putin will always be the president.
