As noted by the person you're replying to, it's not his computer. It's a public library. Most computers in non-residential settings will have various features locked down, including Bluetooth. Hotels, clubs, airport lounges, various government facilities… there are thousands of places where you might really need to use a computer but don't control the technology. | ||||||||
