I'm on the other side of the country, and I can watch new super deluxe drive-thru carwashes being built with a storage facility neighbor.

The crazy part being two blocks over is a competing super deluxe-carwash with storage facility neighbor.

At this point my city is up to dozens of these pairs of property squatting businesses.
