One of the main reasons the UN commission gave for concluding there was a genocide in Gaza was that in December 2023 an Israeli tank shell struck an IVF clinic. Which caused the loss of approximately 4,000 frozen embryos and 1,000 specimens of sperm and unfertilized eggs.

There have been more than 100,000 live healthy births in Gaza since then.

Meanwhile, in the USA there are about one million abortions carried out per year (funded and promoted by the left).

So if one Israeli stray shell unintentionally destroying 5000 embryos is an act of genocide, then the systemic intentional killing of millions of developing babies surely would be one too.

But what the far-left excels at is hypocrisy and derogatory hyperbole.
