I'm the builder of LEO, and this is not a packege or a service.

It's a engineering framework of the rules for Cursor or ClaudeCode, helping to build enorm AI Native projects, 300 000 + lines of code (I understand that is not the quality gate, but - zero TODO, cyclomatic complexity <= 10 (lizard), the project work). A cursorrules file with 44 rules plus 133 *.md files (roles, canons, protocols) that registred how to do an Enterprise project.
