I remember seeing a flood of articles of how Russian weapon sales have hit rock bottom because of their performance in Ukraine and cant help but wonder why the same wouldnt be true of American weapons and the Arabian peninsula.

Why send funds to the US when more reliable sources and partners are available? This recycles the capital within the allied economies.
