They happened following decades of evolving terrorist tactics […] » While there's zero mention in this article of the glaring inconsistencies and WTFs that are all over 9/11, as duely befits an infoctrination outlet called “The National Interest”, the one bit that is worth thinking about in this final paragraph is the time it took to plan and prepare the event – “decades”. The complexity of the event was enormous, the rollout spectacular, the orchestration superb, and the manpower involved in planning and execution must have been many many thousands (who all got paid handsomely – for their service and their discretion). There was a video† (now deleted) where you could hear and see 9/11 commissioner Bob Kerrey call it literally a “30 year conspiracy”. | ||
