I've abandoned all forms of media outside of HN, GitHub, Steam, Spotify and the occasional visit to a pirate streaming site.

I’ve just been extremely selective with what i consume, just because there is an extreme amount of things to consume. Social media tries to trigger FOMO and Sunk Cost among other fallacies upon you. Not caring can be a powerful tool.
