You can get them that cheap, you just need a time machine. I built a few that were about that price including a free 128GB SSD in late 2024. The FSP500 PSU from one particular ebay seller was cheaper then too ($5-10).

Been really fun watching this go from e-waste to having mesa support and CU/CPU unlocks.
