Since all the cars are driven by the same driver, that driver should have there licence taken away for gross incompetence and a failure to learn from there mistakes, and face massivly increased insurance premiums if getting a licence reinstated is even possible for such a horrendously bad driver that has injured 117 people and killed two. | ||

This is conflating "a Waymo vehicle was one of the involved vehicles" with "the Waymo software was responsible for the crash/injury/fatality". Perhaps it was responsible for some the injuries (I'm always open to the possibility); but unlike with some of Uber's and Tesla's infamous fatalities, the Waymo fatalities were determined to not be the fault of the software:
