This is one my biggest problems with sports gambling and prediction markets. It completely negates any sense of fair play. Sports are supposed to be for everyone. Kids should not be exposed to this. You should not be able to advertise services to an audience partially made up of people who legally can’t use them. It’s like putting a gun store right next to a prison and handing out coupons to anyone who walks by… like newly released felons
