Greywatch is building an AI security and governance platform that gives companies visibility into how AI agents are operating across their infrastructure, from the kernel to the network.

We’re actively looking for a *Co-Founder & CEO* to take an existing MVP and early commercial pipeline to market and help scale the company.

We’re looking for someone with experience in early-stage / 0-to-1 company building, enterprise B2B sales, developer-focused or open-source products, and ideally fundraising. Experience selling to CIOs/CISOs and a strong understanding of AI security are particularly relevant.

The role includes significant equity, substantial autonomy, an existing MVP, and early commercial traction.
