Humans have figured out an easy medicine to reduce weight, which is the number 1 causal factor in morbidity/mortality.

There are also novel cancer immunotherapy medicines that are drastically increasing quality and quantity of life for cancer patients, like keytruda and blinatumomab.

		It should be available to most Americans, via Medicaid/Medicare/Insurance. I imagine it is available most Europeans/Canadians/Australians/etc too. I guess they are wealthy though compared to the billions of people in poorer countries.
