"Rain every day" is at best millimeters to tens of millimeters of water (depending on the rain). You need significantly more to properly saturate the earth, especially after a drought. | ||

Yeah they still have restrictions in my area but I don't know how to find out the real situation. I am close to the Seine and I've seen it quite high the other day, but that's probably not a good indication of the general state. | ||
