That's because the EPA is being run/bribed by rich assholes who are upset they can't throw their trash on the ground. Intentionally breaking something so that they can complain about how broken it is and push to eliminate it or replace it with something more favorable to them is a very old trick but it remains popular because there are gullible people who still fall for it. | ||
