It depends on what you mean by "comfortable."

A lot of people who moved to less populated areas found they weren't fully prepared to live with fewer amenities and choice in every aspect of life, from hospitals to supermarkets to mates.

There was a meaningful post-COVID return to cities and it wasn't driven exclusively by return to office mandates.
