In italy they were even arrested but always cleared of what they were accused. I don't believe the US gov did a better job investigating them either | ||

The US is the one making the accusation, and I guarantee that they didn't assist the US. The digital markets act makes liability pretty clear. Basically a takedown notice law. | ||
