Turned off my ad blocker and, lo and behold, normal scrolling worked (perhaps it had been hanging on the cookies-related box at the bottom, which didn't appear with ad-blocking on). With the ad blocker, I could scroll only by grabbing the scrollbar; mouse-wheel, PageUp/PageDown, etc. didn't work. Haven't seen this behavior anywhere else lately.

On Desktop, with Firefox and uBo you can actually read it. It's just hijacking scrolling, which can be overcome by using the arrow keys :-> Besides that, it's nothing new. https://www.sfchronicle.com/bayarea/article/silicon-valley-t... https://www.sfgate.com/bayarea/article/developer-three-tower... https://www.sfchronicle.com/realestate/article/housing-fight... https://www.mercurynews.com/2026/08/05/home-menlo-park-court... https://padailypost.com/2025/12/18/pro-development-advocacy-... https://padailypost.com/2026/08/03/developer-threatens-city-... https://www.almanacnews.com/news/2026/08/04/state-backs-cont... https://www.almanacnews.com/housing/2024/11/15/menlo-park-de...
