Even if AI generated code isn't copyrightable (and in my other comment I point out that this probably isn't the case) the US economy still doesn't depend on that ruling. Even without being very imaginative, most non-open source code can fall under trade secrets. Even without that both SaaS software and advertising supported software are still working business models. | ||
