To place an advertisement you probably need to identify yourself and use a card or bank account for payment. It would be extremely stupid to use illegal materials in advertising, but if it is true, why the suspect is not caught and instead Meta is sued? Did Meta do anything to make it easier to use such materials in advertisement?
