This is a crap product.

This doesn't hurt ad networks it just burns through the budget of small businesses looking for real customers, while the ad platforms still get paid for fake clicks.

Not to speak to the effectiveness, but I think the idea is to discredit advertising by invalidating the concept of paying for clicks.
