Colors only exist in the human brain, they're qualia, interpreted from the mixture of wavelengths our eyes detect.

I'd extend this to saying they exist in our nervous and sensory system, which includes the physical structure of our eyes and retinal cells, because that structure is definitely related to features of the world outside of our brains.
