Do the cities that accept the reports do anything with them?

So far a single Boston 311 report has been closed with a ticket... Out of something like 300 reports... So yes?? Also a cop in Brookline has confirmed receiving them and acting on it though we don't have any evidence to corroborate that with.

I guarantee Seattle doesn't, lol.
