Way too much money gets spent on local elections in this area, and just about everybody there is a legacy name of one sort or another. I'm also in the middle of my second startup, with a toddler. I can raise some hell though.

Edit: I just (had claude) looked up how much was spent on each elected seat across the candidates, and for each of the 5 county commissioner's seats, the election spend between the candidates for that seat was an average of 250k.

Hand out pamphlets at the voting station with your name and, "I'll get Flock cameras removed." That's probably all you need to do.

It depends on where you live, but some local offices are decided by as little as a few dozen voters.
