Yeah, biased in favor of people who can think critically. All litmus tests are biased, they are designed to kick out a group of people, pointing out that bias is strange.

Just because liberals tend to end up in the in-group doesn’t mean the test is bad. It means liberals are doing better (in this one specific regard, civics knowledge).
