I don't have a prior for this topic so yes, it is new information. The perhaps surprising part is the difference between men and women. The paper found that partnered men who take GLP-1 are more likely to exit partnership than women in a similar data context. I think a defendable no-priors null hypothesis would be that there is little to no difference. Here the data shows a difference.
