I don't work for linkedin and never have. I wrote myself a greasemonkey script with a similar purpose a while ago & learned about this while trying to research if I would be violating linkedin's ToS by sharing it. Anecdotally, the amount of recruiter spam I had in my inbox went from one or two per day to almost none while I was using said script.

		so you were presenting some of your theories as facts in your comment? maybe change the wording so as not to mislead ppl. I used a script like OP for many years and was never search banned from job search. recuriter spam has nothing to do with shadowbanning. it ebbs and flows.
