Some will see a great way to standardize and avoid duplication or lag between platforms, allow newcomers to get on more easily, that sort of things. Others will see as a great way for gate keepers to gate control what can make its way in or not, and suddenly you're in a manifest v3 situation, all US companies and several of them in the same "glob", missing two/three of the obvious other big US ones and all the non US. I think with how far and deep everything is changing every month in that field, it's very premature. You don't even know what an agent add-on will be six month from now. | ||||||||

If I understand it right, this basically deprecates all the proprietary harness folder structures in favor of a standardized one. Was high time it happened, I hope they add support for hooks and instructions as well to fully cover everything. | ||||||||
