Applying group statistics to judge individual people is almost never proper, and lies at the root of an awful lot of inhumanity. I hope and imagine the women in question are capable of thinking (and judging) for themselves.

People who use the threat of violence and actual violence to control people at work being more likely to do so at home to their own family seems self-evident to me.

Not making any moral judgements, if I used violence professionally I’d expect myself to be more violent in general.
