There are many ways this could all end, a nuclear war is still on the list. "Wireheaded by social media so hard you're unemployable" is at least as plausible as a city-scale antipersonel drone strike; even Ukraine's strikes against Russia are around 1200-1800/day. | ||||||||

We have determined that no major nuclear power actually WANTS a nuclear war. Except for Donald Trump personally. I'm not sure if he genuinely believes that he can launch a nuclear strike that will go unanswered and lead to the complete surrender of the other side, or if he just cares more about his own stature and legacy than the fate of the human race. | ||||||||
