I've seen them in action in my previous company. They've butchered it, the best talent left, and the company is the shell of itself. And all because workers disagreed with a "RTO" mandate and wanted to continue working remote. The company was remote first since day one, but the new CEO wouldn't have it so he hired those abominable lawyers.
