Chinese resellers are offering *Claude and Codex API access at up to 90% discounts* compared with Anthropic and OpenAI’s official API pricing. I’ve heard that some of them use open-source projects like *Sub2API* to achieve this. Their business model appears to involve purchasing subscription plans in bulk and converting them into API access. I’ve found several providers, such as *ddshub.cc, yunwu.api, and others*. What are your thoughts on this business model and its potential risks or sustainability?

Do they cache results so users can receive already generated answers? If the resellers cache results, how it is done? I am aware it's possible with a KV cache, but those resellers do not have access to Claude's KV memory? If they do not cache results, how does this work?
