I think that personal account was not written by a human. In the literal sense. And it's not the em dashes (all of the blog's posts are full of them). It's exhaustive writing, something an LLM can easily be tasked with, it covers everything an Autist might encounter, it has a story arc, a protagonist hero narrator, who after suffering and setbacks and minor improvements suddenly has a final revelation and thus finds fame, fortune and a wife in the end. It reads like it tries to pull you in and then sell you something. That would be Christianity, Manliness, etc... it rejects an professional diagnosis and therapy as career damaging and instead trust some conservative manosphere blog from the internet, and "suffering through it". For being a Christian blog, there is quite an apparent absence of Christian values and descriptions of rituals, like holidays or going to church. Yeah, I'm not buying it. These blogs are the reason why the internet is dead. Some anonymous nobody maybe even just an agent set up by an anonymous nobody trying to recruit you for some dystopian cause. It's malicious in its incenserity and inauthenticity.

It seems real and familiar, and in a way I can see how this was written.

It is also something someone with that condition can work/agonize over every little detail for a lot of time.

It is the life story of a 30 year old man, so yes, lots of items.

Wife sounds like they found each other during school, she being the one chasing him, which could be for a lot of reasons, eventually everyone hooks up and settles down.

As for fame and fortune... he found his niche in the military working hard. Hard work generally overcomes everything. As for fame, a good person/worker generally is appreciated, so not really out of the ordinary.

For older people it was... getting 'dignosed' was really badly looked upon, you are probably young.

fixations, that doesnt mean we should do the same, everyone has their flaws.

the blog was fairly at the end and only mentioned for the esthetic/dressing part.

reading through it didnt seem he was really a believer.

I don't think its an LLM, i would be disappointed if that were the case
