That is a tool that I have developed based on my own needs since it was a shame not to use AI for requirement generation. There are ancient tools like IBM DOORS but they require buying seat licences and they don't have any support for LLMs. I see that requirement management is a mess most of time, people are going back and forth between tools and Excel and Word. Customer couldn't track requirement history and don't be able to oversee which documents needs to be changed for specific system requirement. For these reasons, I built DocuMan. It follows military and industry standarts for document descriptions. You can import your customer specs and generate all documents for your hardware and software configuration items. Just give it your system breakdown, it will handle rest. There are lots of features I need to implement but it became very usefull with its current state so I would like to share it with the world. Please let me know what you think.

The first question on the defense side will be where the spec is going. Thanks to AI_API_BASE_URL, it seems to be working with a local model in a closed network, is that correct, have you tested it? If so, it should be at the top of the README.
