Sounds like you have a problem with law enforcement in the area. Also a lawyer would come in handy. Class action with neighbors should be less onerous for each party.

I think you may have missed the point. Law enforcement isn’t some 100% effective panacea. And getting to the point of a class action = a lot endured. Which is OP’s point.

You don’t know that they didn’t try anything, it’s a bad faith assumption to try to downplay their points.

		As they say on stack overflow, don’t show up with only a question, show what you tried. Also, I understand bad luck happens but that is not a normal list, a dozen things went wrong and not a single word about how they tried to improve their situation. All of them are not the fault of “construction” of new homes, which can be, and often is accomplished with less disruption. If this were the typical reality we’d have to shut down home-building for good as too disruptive.
