This statement is weak and wishy-washy compared to the blunt UEFA statement. Kudos to Europe. Here’s hoping CONCACAF can get brave enough to take the moral stance as well.

		I support UEFA and they are 100% in the right on this but it’s not all about morals. There’s been a power struggle going on between FIFA and UEFA for decades, they really don’t like each other much, and as the most powerful confederation by miles UEFA has the least to lose in some sense
